Different types of vehicle damage require different repair methods. A collision that pushes in a bumper requires a completely different approach than a parking lot door ding. Below, we have summarized the five types of work we perform and when they are used.
Request a Quote by ServiceWhich work is right for which damage
If you have just had an accident, restoration work comes first. If you only have door dings or hail damage, dent removal is the starting point. If your windshield is cracked and there is also body damage, it is better to schedule both tasks together. If you send us photos, we will let you know which work takes priority.
접촉 사고와 추돌 후 차체를 원래 형태로
Includes replacement and repair of exterior panels such as bumpers, fenders, doors, and hoods. Even if it looks minor on the surface, if the shock absorber or bracket inside the bumper is pushed in, it must be addressed as well.
Color matching and edge finishing
We check the vehicle's paint code and adjust the mixing ratio to account for fading.
Auto Glass교체와 스톤칩 수리
For vehicles with sensors, we perform recalibration after replacement.
Dent RemovalRestoration without removing paint
Mainly for hail, door dings, and small contact marks. The original paint remains intact.
DetailingFinishing work after repairs
We clean up sanding dust and dirt to deliver the car in a pristine state.
Accident Repair
This is the process of restoring the vehicle body to its original form after a collision or crash. It includes the replacement and repair of exterior panels such as bumpers, fenders, doors, and hoods.
Even if it looks minor on the surface, if the shock absorber or bracket inside the bumper is pushed in, it must be addressed. The shock absorber may remain crushed from the impact even if it is not visible from the outside. If the frame is misaligned, we use alignment equipment to set reference points before attaching the exterior panels. If the reference points are not set first, the gaps between the newly attached panels will be uneven, and the feel of the doors closing will change.
The scope of repair is determined through photos and physical inspection. If the same area has a history of previous repairs, the approach will differ, so letting us know during the consultation helps in planning the work sequence.
Auto Body Paint and Color Matching
If the new paint area looks different from the surrounding area, the repair will be obvious.
We check the vehicle's paint code and adjust the mixing ratio to account for sun fading. Because Austin has strong sunlight, the actual body color can subtly drift from the original paint code after just a few years. If you only match the code, the newly painted door might look noticeably brighter. Even when painting only one door, we finish it so that the boundary with adjacent panels blends naturally.
Drying and polishing after painting are done inside the booth. If finished outside the booth, dust can get embedded in the paint film, making the surface rough. Once the work is finished, we re-check the color under natural light and indoor lighting.
Auto Glass Replacement and Repair
Small chips can be filled with resin. If treated before the crack spreads, you can often keep the original glass. After the repair, we check together how much of a mark remains in your field of vision.
If a crack crosses your field of vision or spreads to the edge, replacement is the right choice. We handle windshields, side glass, and rear glass, and check the sealing status after bonding. Whether it leaks in the rain depends on the bonding surface.
Vehicles with cameras or sensors at the top require recalibration after replacement. If you only change the glass and skip calibration, driver assistance features may not work properly. We check your vehicle information to see if calibration is required.
Paintless Dent Removal (PDR)
A method of restoring dents without removing the paint. Mainly for hail, door dings, and small contact marks.
Because we push the dent out from behind the panel with special tools, the original paint remains intact. If the paint is cracked or the panel is sharply creased, this method is not suitable, and we switch to auto body paint. Depending on the location and depth of the mark, the time required for the approach varies even for the same size, so we will let you know which method is appropriate after inspection.
Detailing and Finishing
The process of cleaning up sanding dust and dirt remaining after repairs.
Includes interior/exterior car wash, polishing, and glass cleaning. For cars that have undergone auto body painting, sanding dust gets into panel gaps and the interior, so washing the outside alone is not enough to make it clean. For vehicles with cloudy headlights, we offer additional headlight restoration. Our goal is to deliver the car in a clean state immediately after repair.

When proceeding with insurance claims
Repairs through insurance may have the scope of work and type of parts determined by insurance company standards. Even for the same damage, the scope recognized by the insurance company and the scope we recommend may differ, and we explain those differences during the estimate stage. We will take your accident claim number and guide you through the necessary documents and procedures.
If you are paying out-of-pocket, we explain the differences in cost and quality and let you choose. Costs vary depending on whether you replace or repair parts and how much of the area is painted, so we summarize the options for you first. In both cases, we provide a written estimate.
Things to check before work
Having your vehicle registration and insurance information ready will speed up the consultation. Please let us know if there is a history of previous repairs. If we are working on the same area again, the approach will differ depending on the state of the previous work. It is best to remove personal items from the car in advance.
Things to check before choosing a service
Which service should I get first? Open
If it is immediately after an accident, restoration work comes first. If there are only door dings or hail marks, paintless dent repair (PDR) is the starting point. If the glass is cracked and there is also body damage, it is better to schedule both tasks for the same time. If you send us photos, we will let you know which task takes priority.
How do I get a quote? Open
If you send us photos of the vehicle and a description of the damaged area, we will provide an initial assessment of what work is needed. If an in-person inspection is required, we will schedule a visit and provide a written estimate after the inspection. For areas where it is difficult to judge from photos alone, we will explain why.
Can I just replace the glass? Open
If there is no body damage, we will proceed with glass work only. However, for vehicle models with cameras or sensors attached to the top, recalibration is required after replacement, so the work will take longer. If the vehicle is released without calibration, features like lane keeping assist or automatic emergency braking may not function properly.
What kind of marks cannot be fixed with dent removal? Open
If the paint is cracked or the panel is sharply creased, dent removal will not restore it to its original state. In such cases, we will switch to sheet metal painting and explain the reason for the switch and the additional scope involved. The decision to switch is made after an in-person vehicle inspection.
You can check it in person at our Austin workshop
