Burleson Rd Workshop Location
The workshop is located on Burleson Rd in southeast Austin. It is conveniently situated between downtown and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, making it easy to access from either direction. Once you enter the Building 1 entrance, you will see the reception desk immediately.
If you are confused about the entrance or parking location, please call us for guidance. If you are sending your car via tow truck, we will confirm its arrival, so please provide our contact information to the tow truck driver.
Parking
There is visitor parking in the lot in front of the building. Please follow the drop-off area signs, as this is an area where vehicles under repair move in and out.

We first review the submitted information and photos, then contact you with a list of necessary inspection items. For parts that are not visible, we must inspect the vehicle in person to provide an accurate scope of work.

Providing your insurance claim status and claim number will speed up the process. Since procedures vary by insurance company, please let us know what stage you are at if you haven't filed a claim yet.
How do I send my car via tow truck?
You can provide the shop address to the tow truck driver. We will confirm arrival and contact you once the vehicle has been inspected.
